There’s a big difference between explaining why a request might be difficult to complete, and being rude to the poster. To avoid this, only reply if you already have the wallpaper edits completed, or need to clarify something. It’s best to avoid situations where someone thinks they will be able to help with a request, says so to the poster, and then is ultimately unable to actually get the wallpaper done. Only reply to requests to either clarify something about the request or to complete the request. You can still find them if you select this box. Some items are not possible to include in the game.
